Shipping Policy

■Orders from FUZZY will be dispatched within 2 business days of purchase from Toronto, Canada.
Our business days are Monday-Friday.


■The tracking information will be provided after products have been shipped.


■Shipping is available worldwide.


■Depending on the country you are located in, shipping fees are automatically included.


■Customers are responsible for their own country’s duties and taxes.


■FUZZY is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days after delivery. We try our best to get rid of customers' anxiety about online shopping. Return labels are pre-paid, so there are no extra fees (except for customs duties). In order to go through the return process smoothly, signing up on the FUZZY web page is required.

How it works?

 

1. Log in and click your username

 

2. Go to My Orders

3. Click the Return button and you will be taken to the Canada Post return page

4. Enter the Canada Post return ID number 

*refer to the number under the Return button on your My Orders page

5. Fill out the form and print the return label

 

6. Pack the item that you want to return and put the label on the package

7. Drop the package at Canada Post or USPS 

8. After we receive the package, cancel the order and a full refund will be provided to your credit card. It usually takes 5-10 business days after we cancel the order until the customer can see the refund on their credit card. 


 

 

■Customs duties for products purchased on this website will not be refunded when the product is returned to us.

■Any products purchased outside of this website are not accepted as returns for any reason.

■Returns are not accepted after 30 days since the completion of delivery.

 
■Please DO NOT replace the item with other similar items. If we find out the item has been replaced, we will be forced to take legal action.

■Please check the detailed information on the product page before you place the order. 


■ We only carry one of each product, so we cannot do exchanges.
